Reason for Power BI Pro License Disabled status

Hi All,

 

I am a member of Azure Active Directory global administrator and tenant Power BI adminstrator of my organisation. I have purchase Power BI Pro licenses before for annual subscription and now, I checked that Power BI pro license for my organisation is in disabled state. Wether the licenses we have purchased is expired or some other problem ? If it is expired, it should show as expired in the subscription status right? I don't know the reason.

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    I do not believe that this is a Power BI issue.  I think that this is related to your account.  You will probably need to contact Microsoft about it so that you can determine how to pay for this now - as the message states that India has changed your requirements.
