Real Time Data Refresh in power bi from Sharepoint list datasource

    Hey,

     

    as Sharepoint lists are not supported by direct query connection mode.
    It's not possible, at least not if the report is published to Power BI service.

    You can schedule a refresh for the data source, if you are using Power BI Pro the number of refreshes is limited to 8 times a day, if you are on Power BI Premium you can setup a refresh schedule for up to 48times (every 30min).

     

    Hopefully this is providing what you are looking for.
