Reads all workspaces in powerbi tennants with AnalysisServices connector

Hi, im new in power bi and i have produced many reports in many premium workspace for my organization. I have to generate  customized usage metric with more then 30days data, so i design to use a gen1 dataflow with incrementals settings (2 years)

Before to do that i enabled usage metrics standard in each premium workspace and remove report id filters everywhere.

But to reads data in myorg tennant in a lot of workspaces i duplicates that dataflow many and many times (1 for each premium workspace)

but i ask U if there is a solution with can i use to see ALL report of ALL workspaces of myorg without duplicates thats connections

by now im using a connection source like thisù

Source = AnalysisServices.Database("powerbi://api.powerbi.com/v1.0/myorg/<premiumWorkSpaceName>", "Usage Metrics Report")

where <premiumWorkSpaceName> is replaced with only one workspace name and that gen1 data flow is saved in the same premiumWorkSpaceName

but if i have 20 premium workspaces to duplicate that dataflow 20 times for me is a bad solution.... 20 objects to maintein: no good!!!

i ask U if there is any other more professional or more good solution to do it

thanks
best regards
bye

Hi @rufmau68,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Fabric Community.

You can access the Power BI Audit Logs through the Microsoft Purview Compliance Portal. By default audit logs are retained for 90/180 days and yes it’s possible to automate extraction and retention for 2 years using Microsoft 365 retention policies and tools like Microsoft Sentinel or Power Automate.

You should really use the Tenant admin audit logs for this instead.  Unless you need page level details?

can you give me any screenshot where to find out that ? and in addition.... do you think that i can automate any preparation on it to have a 2 years access history ?

thanks
