Hi, the share report -> manage permission - "remove access" option in New Workspace will only available if the specific user is not provided with Workspace access. Thanks.

Hi Xiaoxin, based on the screenshot of the initial post (https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Report-Server/Remove-Access-is-not-available/td-p/815160 ) which I replied to, it looks like the Report Sharing -> Manage Permission setup.
The remove access option will be available if the report is shared to someone without Workspace access granted as per the screenshot. Thanks.
I am using Pro and I do not find the option to remove access to report despite the user does not have access to the work space. So, I had to delete the report and republish it.
But this is very crucial and desired option.
HI @KellyKoh,
In fact, group workspace contents are 'public' for its members.
They can view and edit these contents based on group settings. It is impossible to remove access permission except removing these users from current group

Xiaoxin Sheng

It would be nice to read any community article that doesn't make even more confused. MS docs say there sholuld be a remove access option. You're telling me it's not possible?
