BUG::semantic model inaccessible when creating a report with Power BI persona

Thanks for using Microsoft Fabric Community.
As I understand that you're having trouble accessing data from Power BI semantic models from Get data option in Power BI Desktop. Unfortunately, the Fabric Community only supports questions related to the Fabric platform itself. However, I can point you in the right direction to get help! It happens both with Power BI persona, so Power BI in Fabric, and Power BI Desktop.  Isn't the Power BI persona part of Fabric???
