This content isn't available. Learn more about Power BI. Error - This appears randomly for some users - this is an embed link which is being opened on web and ipad. The same link sometimes works and sometimes doesn't - it is an intermittent error. Can someone tell the exact root cause. All permissions are granted to all users.

Might be a cache issue.
If you have a Pro license you can open a Pro ticket at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/newsupportticket/powerbi
Otherwise you can raise an issue at https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues .
