Random Error for Expand/Collapse for Matrix in Power BI service
Update: Microsoft Team Resolved issue as it was from service related error as just received update.
I have the same issue. I have several reports an those that have been updated and published within the last week have the issue that the +/- is not working anymore. In the ones that haven't been updated recently it is working fine.
This beahaviour I have even with visuals that haven't been changed, they were just part of the dashboard that was redeployed.
Yes zsombor, Now as per update provided by Microsoft team they have fixed and it's working.
Then it seems that they fixed something else. I have several reports, the ones I did not touched the last days the +/- is working perfectly, the ones I touched are not working. I did not even touch the visualization itself just the I changed something in the PBIX file and redeployed. The problem is really severe, I have several reports that affected.
No, it is not fixed. It persist in both service and desktop. jaysgovindiya from where do you have your information that is fixed?

I have raised support ticket to Microsoft and as received call from Team that they have deployed fix.
I have tested in UK region Power BI Service It's working well.I am in West Europe (Netherlands) and my issue persists. I created a ticket as well, Microsoft contacted me and they are working on the ticket now. It seems that the issue is already known by them.
