Helper IRandom Error for Expand/Collapse for Matrix in Power BI service
Update: Microsoft Team Resolved issue as it was from service related error as just received update.
Helper IThanks Anonymous for sharing insights I have created in same way but if we add Clear all slicers button in same and publish in service at that time it's behaving randomly after clear all slicers as not able to expand in Power BI Service.

Rather than using “Clear all slicers,” use a reset bookmark to restore the default slicer settings, such as having Country and State pre-selected. This helps maintain the internal link between matrix rows and field parameter selections.

Thank you again provided work around unfortunately that is also not working as earlier it was working fine.

Thank you for confirming. As the reset bookmark workaround does not consistently resolve the issue, it appears this may be a regression in the Power BI Service following the June 2025 update. The expand/collapse feature functions correctly in Power BI Desktop but intermittently fails in the Service, particularly after using "Clear all slicers" or bookmark-based resets. This points to a service-side issue with how field parameters interact with slicer state and matrix visuals after clearing or resetting.
If the problem persists despite these workarounds, I suggest submitting a support request through the official Microsoft Power BI Support page.

Thanks Anonymous exactly I raised support request since last two days they told me that it's issue and working on resolution.
Hope they can resolve soon.
