I have not seen or heard of this connection in the past.

Does it have an ODBC driver that you could install to connect?

You can choose Web as a source

1.Paste the url of rally till hierarchy 

2.select content type from the drop down

and mention application/json

3.Authorization should be bearer_ API key

Connect to rally
