Hello,
I have a published report with RLS that has been in existence for over 6 months, this report refreshes automatically during the work week. This past week a user can no longer see her data. When she views the report she can see the visuals but there is no data displayed. When I "view-as" under her email I can see her data. There have been no changes made to the report. Over 30 RLS users have access to this report and she is the only one who is having this issue. Does anyone have any ideas??
Thank you!

hi @Nerdy_Julie - Another thing you can have the user check is if any of the filter / slicer selections have been retained in cache.
You can request the user to click the "Reset filters, slicers, and other data view changes you've made" as shown in the below screenshot
Let me know if this helps!

Thank you @Sumanth_23!! Since the user can only see her data I didn't even think to check that. It resolved the issue, thanks again!

Hi @Nerdy_Julie
What I would suggest doing is to make sure that her UPN (Email address user@domain.com) has not changed?
You could also remove her from the role and add her back in and see if that works?
Thank you @GilbertQ for your reply. Her UPN has not changed, and I removed her from the role and her access to the report. Then readded her to both and it didn't help.
Can you make sure when you test the RLS role in the Power BI Desktop with the user that they can see data?
Could it be that something has changed in the RLS configuration in PBI Desktop?
