RLS user no longer can see her data, nothing has changed.

Hello,  I have a published report with RLS that has been in existence for over 6 months, this report refreshes automatically during the work week.  This past week a user can no longer see her data. ...

    hi Nerdy_Julie - Another thing you can have the user check is if any of the filter / slicer selections have been retained in cache.

    You can request the user to click the "Reset filters, slicers, and other data view changes you've made"  as shown in the below screenshot

Thank you Anonymous!! Since the user can only see her data I didn't even think to check that. It resolved the issue, thanks again!
