RLS on Fabric?

when will RLS be possible within Fabric?

    Hi HarderT ,

    RLS is already possible within Fabric if you use Power BI as your data visualization tool. Power BI allows you to define RLS rules on your datasets and apply them to your reports and dashboards. You can also use DAX functions to create dynamic RLS filters based on the user’s email address or other attributes.

      Hi Anonymous 

       

      thanks for the quick response.

       

      Sure that it works for the Region EU-West? Then how do I have to connect the Data from Fabric in a PowerBI Dataset? I tried many ways. When it works, I tried to test the RLS and then I got the message "Not supported"

       

      Are there any limitations on different storage mode?

    Hello Anonymous ,

     

    Sorry for the late response!

     

    I got it right. But when I want to test RLS in the Power BI Service, I still get the error message "Not supported". 

     

    Its only possible to test the RLS within PowerBi Desktop.
