RLS not using USERPRINCIPALNAME when filtering results

I created a RLS to filter my report by teams. Each Team Manager can therefore only see their own team.

 

I also added the mailgroup under the "Security" menu on the dataset.

 

It works fine, except on one manager. For some reason, the report only shows the generic Team Manager filter, which results in a blank report, since no team is selected.

 

Below is my RLS setup:

In addition, please double check usernames if current user not matched with stored records.

 

BTW, if you mean you want to achieve multiple level filter on RLS role, you need to manually setting conditions on different level.(e.g. level 1 can view himself, level 2 can view himself and users which him managed)
