RLS isn't working in Service, when testing for single users

Hello everyone,

I have configured all of the needed security in Desktop and Service and still the users cannot see the data.

When testing in Desktop the RLS is working. When I test the Security Role in Service it's also working. But when I test with the name of the user (by choosing it from recommended) the attached picture appears. The users are part of a group that has a Security Role and direct access to the dataset. None of the users have other right then "View"

I also deleted already the dataset, republished and set the rules once again but nothing changed.

What could be the issue? Appreciate any help!
