RLS in power bi service

I have implemented Row-Level Security (RLS) in the Power BI Desktop for an organizational hierarchy dashboard covering the entire organization, comprising 720 members. The RLS is based on a dynamic formula using the email = user principal name. After publishing the dashboard to Power BI Service, I now face the challenge of adding the email IDs of these 720 members. These members are clients of the company. How can I accomplish this task within the Power BI Service interface? and what is the best way to add these 720 members to make RLS work?

NOTE THAT 720 MEMBERS ARE FROM THE OTHER COMPANY [client]
