RLS and Report created from shared Dataset

Hello,

I would like to know how RLS is working / can be applied on content build from shared dataset.

 

1 - I created a Dataset with RLS based on Region stored in Workspace 1 

2 - Dataset is shared from Workspace 1 to Workspace 2

3 - A Report is made from this Shared Dataset and it's shared with users not assigned to a role in RLS

 

How RLS is applied ?

What Users having access to the last report see ?

    RLS is passed through from Workspace 1 to Workspace 2.  It now depends on how strictly RLS is applied in Workspace 1. That user may get an error message (not assigned to any RLS role) or they may see the data that is not governed by the RLS rules.
