RLS VS Scorecard & Dashboard
Hi,
It seems, that I found answer on my own, so I will leave it here I some one will look for the solution.
According to article : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/service-goals-introduction
In section 'Issues and limitations' there is point :
- Goals don't yet support row-level security (RLS)
So for now I need to wait 🙂

Sorry I'm not very clear what does "base Scorecard report on mentioned report" means, what's the relationship between the two reports. If the main report works fine with RLS, I think the problem is here.

Thank you for your message. I will try summary the problem, hope that this will be helpfull in understanding the issue.
1. I have simple report menaged in PowerBi Desktop, I turned on the RLS filter rule on the data, its based on dax userprincipalname().
2. I uploaded this report to online premium workspsace, and turned on Security on the data set, assigned people to proper roles
3. After that I created new report (directly in online service) - Scorecard
4. I connected Value filed with values from report mentioned in 1st step.
5. Scorecard report is ignoring the RLS rules, showing the total values - not values dedicated for specific user
My question is, if I missed some step to set it up correctly or the mechanism of Scorecard report is working like that. It seems to me strange, because RLS works correctly in :
