I would suggest chatting to your network admin or looking to remove the alias email so that there is only one email address per user?

In this scenario, both the emails are mandatory for the user for communication point view. So, we cannot remove the the aliases username email from the microsoft 365 admin portal.

I have mentioned the same in the above post as well.

Please let me know if there is any other way to takle this issue.

    I am not sure how else to do this, I would chat to your network admin to be able to see how to configure this.
