RCP Worked hours

Hi, where do you get the data for the number of RCP worked hours in a day? It does not match my schedule.

I am working with Amica, i am using the daily care calculator dashboard. Data are incorrect based on my scheduled shifts.

I am wondering if you are asking for something very specific about a specific database?  You are using an "Amica" database?  And you are looking for an "RCP" field?  If so, you may need to find a support group for that tool.  

If you are looking for help on how to obtain some data, please let us know in more generic terms what you are trying to do and we can see if we can help you out.
