Hello,
I have created a custom heatmap that runs perfectly on power bi desktop (also bar charts). However, when I publish them on the service, the labels on y-axis are converted decimals on most of the charts (they work fine only when I choose single filtering). I have tried to do a workaround by changing the factors into characters but that does not seem to be the solution.
Please advise, thanks.
Hi @Anonymous ,
In the course of investigating this issue for you, we found that there were users who shared similar experiences to yours.
When he was using R visual, when loading this duration type column into Power BI, the column was converted from a duration into a decimal type.
He uses "string formatting" to overcome the lack of "duration formatting".
For more information, you can refer to CUSTOM AXIS FORMATS IN POWER BI USING R VISUALS

Thanks dear, I noticed that you might need to change the syntax or the analysis approach if it does not work on the services.
Just to follow up, I changed syntax and the R visuals had worked perfectly fine on the service for a couple of days, however, 2 days ago I accessed the service and no visual was showing. Did power bi changed anything regarding this service or is it a bug? I read something like that, I am based in Greece and my visuals are still not working on the service.
