Quick Measure works in Desktop but not Service.
So I created a Quick Measure in
MeasureToday = COUNTROWS(FILTER(CC_Test2,NOT(ISBLANK(CC_Test2[Date]))&&CC_Test2[Date]=TODAY()))It works in Power Bi Desktop but does not work when pubished to Power Bi Service. Its the Card showing to the left of the images below.
Top image Today I get 26 in Power Bi Desktop on the bottom in Power Bi Service Today I get Blank...
Thank you Greg_Deckler for the answer that works in Power Bi Desktop but it will not work in Power Bi Service.

Yes, you guessed it, Power BI service runs in UTC, not your local Time Zone. So depending where you are in the world TODAY() may be different by several hours. The simple solution is to add or subtract hours from TODAY() to match your timezone.

So its been about 10 hours... I did a refresh this morning and now i have the correct number.
So now I have to ask why maybe is Power Bi Service in another Time Zone. basically its in the future?
