Questions about publish to web option
Hello. When using the publish to web option, a message appears saying that Microsoft could display the report on a public gallery or page. My questions are: Microsoft actually publishes these reports somewhere? in that case, do i have any way of knowing if Microsoft has published any of these reports, and where? Could you give me more details about this? Thanks in advance

A Publish to Web Option will make your report available publicly accessible by anyone. i.e anyone with the link will have ability to see the report, drill down and export the data. Any user with internet access will have the ability to embed the link and can be further used in web pages or blogs without any further authetication.

You could try and do a google search, as some reports are indexed by Google and Bing. Best advise is if you want your data to be secure to NOT use Publish to Web for sensitive data.
