Hi pennyhoho117,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.
After reviewing the details you provided, here are a few workarounds that might help resolve the issue. Please follow the steps below:- Paginated reports do not natively support Power BI visualizations like bar charts, pie charts, or line charts in the same way. In Power BI Service, Paginated Reports primarily focus on table-based and matrix-style reports, as they are designed for pixel-perfect, paginated data rendering.
- To clarify, paginated reports in Power BI are meant for detailed, printable reports with a fixed layout across pages, emphasizing tables and text. In Power BI Report Builder (the local version), you can add visuals such as charts and gauges, but these are still intended to fit within the paginated report's design.
- For interactive visuals like charts, maps, or KPIs, it is best to create regular Power BI reports and publish them to the Power BI Service. Both regular and paginated reports can be combined in your workspace.
- You can combine regular reports and paginated reports in the same Power BI workspace for different needs.
