According to your error, I found the refresh error event in ICM with the same error, ID is 349687256, if there is progress I will back.

Advocate II have a similar issue. Strange thing is that as long as I do not publish the file again through PB desktop, it works fine and it refreshes. But as soon as I publish, it does not recognize my data source/gateway anymore and can not refresh anymore. I was still using the July PB desktop. So I thought it might be an issue with my desktop version. I have upgraded, but this did not do anything. As soon as you publish, the refresh does not work anymore. I even downloaded the PBIX file from the service again, did not change anything, and just published it with a new name. This new file will not refresh anymore, while the "old"one will still work.

Observation : My data has a refresh schedule. Which I can not see anymore or change. But the Power BI service still recognizes this and tries to refresh based on the schedule. Seems something to be something in the Power Bi service that does not work with Custom connectors/gateways.
