Due to current workload demands, I haven’t had the opportunity to fully investigate the dashboard error. In the meantime, I’ve uploaded a previous version of the dashboard for the customer to use until I can complete a more thorough review.
Update: I’ve confirmed that this end user holds a Pro license. She closed and reopened the Power BI Server link twice today, and on the second attempt, the pages loaded correctly. It appears this isn’t a DAX code issue but rather a system-generated fallback error.

I haven’t been able to pinpoint the error’s source since it never appears on my end, so I’m unaware when it affects users. Interrupting customers in the middle of their work just to check if the issue persists isn’t good business practice.
Hi @anghardin01 ,
Thank you for the update, and we completely understand your concern.
Since the issue did not reoccur after a refresh and everything is working fine now, it seems like it was a temporary glitch possibly related to data type handling or a brief service interruption.
At this point, since the problem isn’t present anymore, you may consider marking the thread as resolved. This helps other users who might face a similar situation and keeps the forum organized.
If the issue comes up again in the future, feel free to reopen the thread or start a new one we’re here to help!
Thank you again for your patience and for working through this with us.
Best Regards,
Menaka.

Is there a calcualted column or measure created using CONTAINSROW DAX Function? check it are you comapring the valeus with same data type or not? you need to ensure that the data types of the values being compared are compatible.
I understand, but I’m not seeing the error on my end. My users are encountering issues I can’t reproduce, so I’m unable to diagnose or confirm a fix. Without experiencing the error myself, it’s impossible to know if it’s been resolved.
Hi @anghardin01 ,
Publish your report on a different workspace and check whether the same issue occurs or not. Incase if you are not seeing issues in the duplicate report, you can download the report and repubish it on to your production workspace.
Thanks,
Sai Teja
