Quadrant chart in Power BI

I have created quadrant chart in Power BI desktop and it is working fine. However, once I publish this chart in Power BI service / web, it is not appearning, coming as blank. Can somebody please guide me how to resolve it?

    Hi amit_007slg ,

     

    I made some attempts to get the data through each of the three connection modes, and they all display the data properly. I think you may not have a gateway configured for Direct Query or Live connection to get the data.
