Hi all,
I've enabled Q&A in the Power BI service for the semantic models in use, and it works. However, the gear icon which is supposed to be at the top right of the Q&A question field, is absent. This gear icon is what should open the Q&A Tooling pane and lead to the setup menu for Q&A training.. is there any other way to access it in the Power BI service, or is it compeletely absent from the service and only available in the Power BI Desktop?
If it is comppletely absent from the Power BI service, does anyone know if there are any plans to include it by Microsoft in the future?
Thanks,
Sophie

Hi @sophie-d ,
For query resolution, the Q&A tool (including the gear icon for accessing the Q&A tool pane) is really a feature currently only available in Power BI Desktop. This tool pane allows you to teach Q&A terms that it doesn't recognise, manage those terms, and view questions posed by users, among other features.

If you want to improve the Q&A experience for users in Power BI Services, consider adding featured questions to the semantic model. This feature is available in Power BI Services and can be used to guide users through the types of questions they can ask.
