Q&A (organizative content pack) doesn't work

Hi, everybody

I have created an organizative content pack and share with members in my organization.

Q&A works ok with the account that creates organizative content pack. However, no data is shown with other accounts that get the organizative content pack.

I have tested in chrome and Edge.

Every help will be appreciated

Hi @Angel,

If I understand your scenario correctly that the owner of the content pack could see the Q&A box but the consumer could not get the data by Q&A box?

By my test with creating a content pack and sharing to members in my organization, the accepter could see the Q&A box.

However, unless the owner has given you edit permissions, you'll be able to use Q&A to explore data but won't be able to save any visualizations created with Q&A.
