Q&A Synonyms for values

Is there a possibility to add Synonyms for data values? 

My Q&A is based on data values that change based on the updated data. though some of them remain the same and I want to add synonyms for those data values. I have tried training the Q&A but have not been able to do it. 

data value is 'Expense'

synonyms could be an expenditure, spend, outlay ......

In Power BI Desktop, you may update your sharing synonyms settings in the Q&A setup itself or within the Options dialog, under Data Load -> Q&A- > Share your synonyms with everyone in your org:

You can also update this setting in the ‘Dataset settings’ within Power BI Service:

Additionally, administrators may choose to disable Synonym sharing within the Admin Portal by navigating to Tenant settings -> Q&A settings.

This will create synonyms for columns, my target is to have synonyms for data values. 

eg.

Columns	Toy
Data value	Bat
Data value	Ball
Data Value	Doll
Data Value	Car
