Q&A Feature not working - any tips?

I've just created a dashboard, and have gone under settings, pressed the Q&A toggle and have got the following error message appearing; 

Q&A is not available for any of the datasets used on this dashboard.

Could someone please let me know what can cause this error? I'm not using any live data (that's what caused the last error).
