Python script refresh in service error- ADO.net failed to load

I am getting the error below when trying to enter credentials into the service to enable refreshing of a python data set.

I went to reinstall .Net but I am on Windows 10 and there was no straight forward way to reinstall so I thought to check on here first to see if anyone had any ideas.

Try to rollback the gateway to april 2020. It does work for many people with same issue.
