Purchasing first time Power BI Exam 70-779

Hello Power BI community I am interested in taking the 778 Exam online exam.
I have made some research and tried to purchase the exam but the webpage did not work. Is it because I am in Ukraine or another reason? And if 'Certify with Confidence with Practice Test' will work to this test?
