Purchasing PowerBI Pro

I am having a problem purchasing PowerBI Pro.  I setup a Domain on GoDaddy.  No problem.  I created a free PowerBI service account, no problem.  I got the trial of PowerBI Pro, no problem.  Now I want to buy the pro license.  When I attempt to buy it goes to the below screen and gets the redirecting but it gets redirected to a GoDaddy Admin site.  I can get to the Microsoft Admin icon at portal.office.com but when I click the icon it takes me to Go Daddy.  How can I purchase this and then add other licenses?

Can you elaborate on your domain registration method, trial platform and the way to purchase Pro license ?

Maybe you can ask GoDaddy the differences between GoDaddy account and Microsoft account . If the products purchased through GoDaddy, are they operated and maintained separately ?
