Pulling data from M365 Defender Activity Log to PowerBI table

Hello,

I need some help with automatically pulling the data from the Activity Log for Office 365 app access (preferrably with some filters) of the most current 5k (so constatly updating) events to a PowerBI table, I've done some research on this but other than a general M365 usage there doesn't seem to be any tutorials out there for that and that isn't exactly what I want, ideally what I would be looking for is access to Office 365 apps from China only as I'd like to monitor usage from there.
