Publishing with a Filter

I have a PBI report that I publish to MS Teams, which gets sent out to a list of subscribers.

 

Currently, the report is showing an "All Time" view of the data on the report. However, I am looking for a way to send out the refreshed report (PDF of report page) to the subscribers with a filter only showing last month's data. Is it possible to have the 'All time' view visible on MS Teams while also sending out the filtered version of the report automatically?
