Publishing to Web with Free License

I created a free @onmicrosoft account a while back to use as a self service PowerBI login. I have a report that I'd like to publish to web but am getting the following error:     I understan...

    Hi BHeidinger35 ,

     

    For your situation, you don't have the admin permission.

    You could register in Azure: Home - Microsoft Azure

    1.Select Azure Active Directory

     

    2.Select users, and search your user account.

     

    3.Click your account, and then select the Assigned roles:

     

    4.In Power BI Service admin portal, select Tenant settings > Export and sharing settings > Publish to Web > Enabled button on.

BHeidinger35 You in uncharted waters for me. I would assume that you are correct that since this is an unlicensed account that you do not have the fully capabilities of a paid tenant subscription. That's my best guess. I would assume that if you had a paid account in that tenant that it would have all of the admin capabilities, including Power BI Tenant Admin.
