Hi TheTick ,
This is one area that concerns every Power BI developer team and I'm afraid the only way out right now is shared account. Again this is not preferable but is the only way for multiple people to manage schedules and subscriptions.

Community ChampionTheTick - Seems like you either need to setup your permissions to the Workspace so that everyone is Admin (the people Publishing), are you all just Contributors? Or yes, the other way is a service account for publishing.
