Hi. I have a report on desktop that when published to power bi service, simply doesn't publish an show refresed values. In fact, there are 2 power bi licenses. My personal one and a universal one we're using at work. Despite having given myself access to the universal account workspace, when I publish from my own account, I can't find that workspace when searching for it. So, I login to my desktop with the universal account details and publish from there. Still though, the workspace does not show. Please help

Hi @Ntshepi , You need to have atleast contributor access to publish a report in the workspace.

Having access isn’t enough, you must be Member, Contributor or Admin in that workspace. Viewer access will not allow publishing.
Hello @Ntshepi ,
Being given access does not always mean you have publish rights. It depends on your role. You must at least be contributor role. If you are only a viewer, the workspace will not appear in desktop.
And about refreshed values, most beacuse you credentials not set in service.
After publishing, go to workspace - dataset - settings - data source credentials. you must sign in again there.
If this solved your issue, please mark it as the accepted solution. ✅
This is in the universal hub account. I can't even edit the data source credentials as it's been greyed out. And I have admin access/role
