Publishing dashboard with Insights to Web

I recently made a new report with a dashboard with insights. I learn that I can share it to the web, and later to Power BI Data Gallery Story. I could not see the Publish to Web option for dashboards, only for reports. Is there another way to share insights when sharing my work on the web?
