Publishing a Theme to Theme Gallery

I am unable to get past correctly entering a "Power BI Publish to Web URL "

Thank you for your quick response.

I do not have that option in the Embed item list.  I believe it is a permissions issue governed by the complany's portal.  Maybe I should setup my own Power BI Service account?  I am in training mode, and not doing any development for my complany at this point in time.  This is really not an important issue for me to get resolved.  It is just one of this things that I cannot move past until I understand why.

@Anonymous - This is almost certainly because your admin has turned off Publish to Web. It is a common thing for admin and security types to turn off. If you contact them, ask that they create a group for you, put you in that group and then allow just that group to Publish to Web. They will still probably say no.
