Publishing Template App not/long publishing

So I have a template app in web, whenever I publish it, it loads very slowly and oftentimes don't publish at all. No error being thrown in datasource or any query. I check console log and this is the only clue that I got

My datasource settings is an azure sql db. Sometimes the template app publishes, most often it doesnt. And the console log network always seems to stop at the subscribe event and returns this:

   https://wabi-australia-east-a-primary-redirect.analysis.windows.net/powerbi/refresh/subscribe
2. Referrer Policy:
   strict-origin-when-cross-origin
