Publishing Report to SharePoint Online Doesn't work

I have developed a report in desktop and published it to the service. I then got the embed in SharePoint link but when I create a Power BI web part and put the link in, nothing happens. No error, no loading screen, the web part still says "Add report". I've clicked out of the link field, tried recreating the web part, tried a new page, nothing has worked. I'm not sure what I am missing...

Hi @aak ,

I could not reproduct your problem. Please check if you have met the following conditions.

  • A Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license or a Power BI Premium capacity (EM or P SKU) with a Power BI license.
  • The Power BI web part for SharePoint Online requires Modern Pages.
  • You may encounter issues if using Internet Explorer 10.

  • The Power BI web part is not available for national clouds.

  • The classic SharePoint Server is not supported with this web part.

  • URL filters are not supported with the SPO web part.

For more information, please refer to Embed a report web part in SharePoint Online .

Best Regards,
Winniz
