Publishing Issue

I have created a report that is connected to a live dataset, but when I publish it online it says the data source is unreachable. I haven't had problems in the past publishing reports with simlar datasets, is there a solution to this?

Hi, @Anonymous

Make sure you current credentials are correct.

If your data source comes from on-premises, you need to configure the gateway service additionally.

Manage your data source - Analysis Services 

You may also need to check the Windows Firewall to make SQL Server Analysis Services available on the network.

Configure the Windows Firewall to Allow Analysis Services Access
