Published reports in Power BI Service not loading

Hello All, 

My company has been having intermittent issue accessing published reports in Power Bi Service. These are reports I have published. My coworkers are also having issues with the reports loading.  When you select the report opens to the loading your report page however, the report does not load. I read others have been successful at just refreshing the page. This did not resolve the loading issue. 

Is anyone else having issues with Power Bi Service not loading published reports? 

Here are a few addtional notes: 

When Power Bi Service does load the report there is no proformance issue that would cause the report to lag when loading.  

Staff are having issues accessing it remotely and at the office. Internet speed was tested, cleaned chache and restarted the computer.

I wanted to see if others have run acrossed the same issue. If so is there a solution? I have a link to send  to IT to check the health of the power bi service but want to make sure this is an issue that IT could possibly resolve or is it a system issue that needs resolved.

HI @siosif ,

There is not a known notice on the support site for Power BI.  This sounds like it could be something unique in your site.  I think that after your IT comes back and if they have nothing significant to report you should create a Microsoft ticket and have them look at their data about your site and see if they see anything special.
