Hi everyone,
I am currently working on map visuals to show a list of providers around our operation sites based on providers' distance and performance, and there are different types of providers. Eventually, I want to provide users with functions to select any site, providers' type and maximum distance, and the map visual will update to display the providers and site in the map visual. Since the type value of our site is null, the map would not be able to show both site and providers on the map. I figured out a way to add an additional layer from arcgis.com. The end result look like this:
The red icons is a layer uploaded from arcgis.com. However, when published on app.powerbi.com, the map gave anybody who doesn't have ArcGIS premium access the error.
I wonder if anyone can help me with the problem. Is there a way to use the layer functionality in powerbi map that can be viewed by everybody regardless of access?
Also, I noticed the drive time feature disappeared in the published version:
Desktop:
Web:
Any idea why it cannot be shown? This is a really interesting feature and could really help decide the closeness of a provider.
Thanks for the help!

Hi @RiversWang ,
According to your description, here is my suggestion.
Please check that if the layer you used is publicly shared feature layers available on ArcGIS Online.
And you can refer to the following link which will be helpful to you.
Create an ArcGIS map in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
In Power BI Service, you will not see the drive time feature under reading view.
Click "Edit" to turn to edit view, and you will see it.

Hi Xiaoshu,
Thanks for the reply, I did find the edit button and was able to display the drive time layer in the web version. Another question about the added layer from acrgis.com is that the content layer I created did not come with the share-with-everyone feature. The only group is within the organization, and the users are still required to enter the login credentials to view the report that contains layer from arcgis.com. Do you know a way to fix that? Thank you!
