I think you're right, when you finish your 60 day trial you'll go back to your original licence level.
Using my licence as an example, when I finish the trial, I revert to Pro access, and there are some features that are not available when I revert to Pro access.

When the trial is over, you are not able to open the workspace generated by the PREMIUM permissions and the data in the PREMIUM CAPACITY.
