Hello,
We have a published PBI dashboard that we have been using for over a year with no issues. For some reason, our users can no longer export the report to PDF. When you select the option, Power BI says it is generating the PDF and to wait. After about 10 minutes, it gives up this error: "Sorry your report can not be exported at this time. Please try again later"
Any ideas or suggestions? I tried one of our other published dashboards and it did let me export. I can print to PDF but that strips out all the formatting.

Thanks for the all the help. Our developer was able to fix the issue. He wouldn't go into specifics, but he said it was a tooltip on the report that was causing it. So if someone else has this problem, you might try turning off the tooltips.

You can probably try the below things:
1. Ask users to open the report in incognito mode and try exporting
2. Identify if this is a user-related issue or report related issue. If only certain users are unable to export, it's user-related and if all users including you are unable to export, it's report related issue. Accordingly raise a ticket with MS Support
3. Check with Power BI Admin is anything has been changed from there side such that users don't have permission to export anymore

Power BI Service dashboards don't support exporting to PDF . Export to PDF is the function of report .
If your users can not export the report to PDF , can you export the report to PDF ? Can the users export other reports to PDF ? You need to use the exclusion method to determine whether it is a user problem or a single report problem .

Hey @queryguy48, not sure if this will help, but try to export the report from the service, use the latest version of Power BI Desktop to open the pbix file, and publish the report to workspace again, of course update the app as well.
