Published App - New Report does not publish properly

Hello!

I have a new report that I've added to a Workspace.  I've gone through the steps to "update" my workspace app to include the new report.  The report toggle for "Include in app" is set to yes. I can see the Report in the Navigation section of the App publishing window without issue, however after publishing the app, the new report is left off of the final published app.  

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Steps I've tried:  
Renaming the report and dataset in the workspace
Renaming the report in the Navigation section of the App Publishing page.
Deleting the existing app and re-publishing.

Does anyone from Power BI monitor these forums? Is there any way to get support that isn't a malfunctioning chat bot?  This wasn't a huge issue but is getting to be that way with no support.
