Publish to web
Hi,
I have a raport in my workspace with disabled option "publish to web"? Any idea what's the reason?
I have all the permissions granted by admin and a few other reports in the same workspace without this issue.
This one has only different canvas size (not 16:9), nothing else different. Might that be the cause?
Thanks,
Hi. If you can do it with other reports of the same workspace but not with this one, then the settings for the organization are allowing this feature. It probably is something specific of the report. Take a look at the following doc showing the limitations and considerations that could prevent the use of the feature in order to make sure you are not doing something like that:

It was all about RLS I forgot that existed...
Thanks a lot for your help!

wwolak It is most likely not canvas size as I have tested publish to web with custom canvas sizes and it works. Usual cause is RLS.

Publish to web” is disabled not because of canvas size, but due to:
- Admin/tenant policy restrictions
- Data source limitations (e.g. RLS, AAS, SSAS live connections)
- Sensitivity labels applied to the report/dataset
👉 Compare with your working reports — the blocked one likely has a restricted source or label.
