Publish to web report

Hello, I've created a report and got it published on a workspace I've created then I tried to publish it to the web by creating a link or an Iframe, then it turns out that the content is not available while trying to view the link...

Then I dug into the web console it turns out 401 unauthorized error, while I'm having the Power BI Pro license trial activated

I've tried it on the normal workspace it's working

so how am I supposed to get this solved?

Hi there

As far as I am aware you cannot do this with a Power BI Trial account, you need to have a Power BI Pro account.

I my administrator granted permission to publish to the web.  However not all of my data models can publish.  No idea why some work and others will not.

here are more details on how to understand why it is or is not working

Hi @Ammarb ,

The option of "Publish to web" is updated recently. I'm not sure if your issue is caused by it. Please try to enable it in the Tenant settings of Admin portal (if you are a admin). For more details, please take a look at the document : Publish to web from Power BI .

Best Regards,

Xue Ding
