Publish to Web not working

Hello community,

I'd like to share a challenge I'm currently facing regarding the public release of my web app. As seen in the screenshots below, when selecting this option, a message prompts me to contact the administrator.

 

I've visited the administrator portal to make the required adjustments, but, as indicated in the print below, the option to generate new embed codes is absent, and the feature to block access to the public internet remains disabled.

It's worth noting that I am the sole owner of the company and have designated myself as a global administrator in the settings. Despite these efforts, I have not been able to resolve this issue successfully.

Not sure the last screenshot indicates that you're Power BI Administrator, besides are you in a trial version?

Yes, Ricardo is the Global Administrator for this Tenant.  The issue is resolved 

with the change to Embed Codes as described.

Move the Slider on Choose how embed codes work to the RIGHT.
